Quick and Easy Returns
Our goal is to make an exchange or return as fair and easy as possible. All our products carry an unconditional guarantee. If any product does not perform to your satisfaction, then you can return it to us for a complete product refund or replacement.
Our Return Policy
- Returned items in resalable condition are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
- Returned items which have been damaged by the shipper will be refunded for cost of the product, applicable sales tax and the original shipping costs.
- For an exchange for a different product or size, send the original product back with the form below attached. When it arrives, a credit will be issued to the original credit card account for the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax. Customers are responsible for the return postage. Place another order with www.reacher.com for the new item that you want instead.
- Always print the following “Returns or Exchange” form, complete it and include it inside your return package. This is necessary so that we can identify the original order and issue the refund to the correct credit card account.
- If the item you are returning was a gift, please include the order number from your packing ticket, and name & address of the person who sent you the gift. This information will assist our Returns Department in locating your order and expediting your request.
